“Two years ago our back garden looked like a world war two trench. The lawn had been completely demolished by our two extremely active Siberian Huskies who had stripped it of the grass and dug holes all over the place. As a keen gardener I just couldn’t deal with the destruction and after attempting to reinstate the grass to no avail we made the decision to have an artificial lawn installed. We chose Lux Lawn who were extremely professional and hard working. Two days later we had a beautiful green lawn. It was the best decision we ever made. We’d had problems with drainage from the old lawn and after a good rainfall it was like a sponge. After Lux Lawns had installed the artificial lawn we could walk on it immediately after a downpour and it would be warm and dry.

Two years later it is still pristine and during the drought last summer I had people asking how come my lawn was so green when theirs was dry and brown. I’m not afraid to let the dogs out now because whatever they do they can’t damage the lawn. Dog mess is easily cleaned and disinfected away and we’ve even used the hoover on it just like a carpet to get rid of any fallen leaves. If you’re thinking of having an artificial lawn installed don’t even hesitate just go ahead and do it. “

“We are absolutely delighted with our new lawn. We had struggled for years to maintain our grass given that we had several shady areas and a female labrador – endless brown patches and areas where the grass failed to grow. Like everyone, we had reservations that an artificial lawn would look ‘fake’ but now that it is installed we are really impressed – it looks and feels like the real thing – only it’s perfect! Our dog loves it and doesn’t really seem to have noticed the difference – but we do, no muddy patches when she has been out playing with her ball.

I really did expect more noise and mess – but there was hardly any. I particularly appreciated the way that they tidied up at the end of day one and at the end of the job – the place was left tidier than when they arrived.
